How are the sciences at Brown. I am interested in physics, chemistry, and neuroscience. If I go to Brown, I plan on taking a majority of physics and math classes + interesting non-science classes. I didn’t apply to any tech schools (MIT, Harvey Mudd, etc.), so I am wondering if I can make Brown work.

Of course you can. As a chemistry major at Brown I can say that we have excellent science programs that are competitive with the top programs in the country. What is it you're concerned about or particularly interested in that you're not sure Brown can supply? Those types of questions are far easier to answer than, "Is Brown good for science?" which the answer is emphatically, yes.

Brown has arguably the best neuroscience program in the country for undergrads. It's fantastic.

And brown can be a tech school if you want it to be, i.e. you can take all tech classes. It's basically an art school for me (I used to be a neuroscience major, hahah)

It's great because you can make it whatever you want it to be!
