So, junior year I ended up not taking a science class because I didn't have room in my schedule. However, I will still have 4 science credits by the time I graduate (H. Env. Sci., H. Bio, H. Chem and AP physics senior year) so does my not taking a science this one year still screw me? As I said, I'll still have 4 credits, but none of them will come from my junior year. I plan on going into engineering, but Mech E, Comp Sci or EE, so nothing too science intensive, more math focused, and I will have 5 math credits.

Do you mean you are going take these 4 science all in senior? Or just the AP Physics? Have you taken any science subject test? For engineering, you would better take SAT2 Math2 and a science subject. Most students would do that in Junior year. Without a science subject in junior, it would be hard for you to take a science subject test. Your school counselor should have given you advise on that. For my D’s school, core subjects must be filled before electives. So it will never happen to have no core subject in a year.

I will have taken 4 courses by the end of HS, AP physics being taken senior year. I have also taken the math II sat, and will be taking the Chem one in the fall.

^ Then, you should be fine. You have already taken 3 sciences and just leave the 4th one in senior.

Alright, thanks
