<p>Most universities ask transfer students to "demonstrate" interest in their potential major. What are some ways to show one's passion for science/engineering? </p>

<p>FIRST Robotics is an amazing organization. Even if your high school doesn’t have a robotics team, you can volunteer as a mentor to younger students in the Lego League.</p>

<p>FIRST offers scholarships, and some universities have their own scholarships that they award to FIRST participants.</p>
