<p>What courses count for science GPA? Obviously bio, chem, physics. What about psych and math courses? Can I look this up somewhere on tufts site?</p>

<p>Does Tufts have a committee to write recommendation letters for the medical school applicants (to any MS, not just Tufts MS)? </p>

<p>I heard that if the school has a committee, but the student did not have a letter from them, it definitely makes the student look bad to MS. </p>

<p>If Tufts does have one, are there any requirements in order to get one?</p>

<p>Anyone can shine a light on if it’s difficult to find volunteers in the hospitals/clinics and how to find them? I don’t know if there are many hospitals/clinics around the campus. Tufts medical center is in Boston. </p>

<p>The campus isn’t too far from Somerville Hospital or Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Medford (both roughly accessible by a combination of MBTA buses and walking). MGH/MEEI are a short T ride (just over the river) and Tufts Med isn’t too much further. There are a ton of hospitals in Longwood which is a little further but still accessible on the green line or by bus.
I’m not sure how to go about volunteering, though, but I imagine with so many hospitals in the area it can’t be too difficult.</p>
