Science Internships for High School Sophomores

I'm a sophomore in high school in NJ and I'm interested in some kind of a science/medical internship over the summer.
Does anyone have any suggestions or experience of good/reputable programs around the tri-state area?
I'm open to traveling but it has to stay in the North East.

I've looked around and noticed a lot of programs require you to be 16 at the start of the program, and I won't be 16 until August. Is this a big problem?

The age thing could be a problem, because I believe that federal regulations require you to be 16 to be legally employable.

Try this one. But also google for summer programs. SUNY Stony Brook has some medical and other research programs too.
