Science 'Supplement'

<p>I entered the Intel Science search and have compiled a project that's pretty impressive, in my opinion (at the very least it certainly won't hurt me). I am applying RD. Keeping in mind that Harvard seems a bit aggravated by extra materials, should I:
a) Fill out the 'Additional Info' box in the online supplement with a very brief description and the brief Intel STS abstract
b) Fill out the Additional info box under the activities tab of the common app with the same
c) Make this the topic of my additional essay (I already have another done, this would kind of hurt me)
d) Send in the whole paper/part of the paper... I'm thinking this would aggravate them? or should I just risk it
e) In any of the above, let them know I will notify them if/when I get to semi-finalist status? or is that assumed.
Thanks guys.</p>

<p>Of course, "the only dumb question is the question never asked"</p>

<p>umm.. ok? I wasn't the one attacking you on the other thread, but right.
Did you, or anyone else, have any feedback? Thanks in advance.</p>

<p>Send in the paper. It won't aggravate them because they won't read it. They'll send it to the proper department and it will be read by a faculty member, who will then tell admissions what he/she thinks of it. Plus you should definitely write update letters concerning semifinalist/finalist status and whatever else significant you've done since you've sent in your app, although they probably take a look at the Intel website anyways.</p>

<p>yeah send in the complete paper, not just the abstract.</p>
