Science, Tech, and Int. Affairs OR Business and Bio minor?

I have two interests for majors - Business and Biology, but I also love history, social studies, etc.

If I go to Georgetown (or any college with the Science, Technology, and Society major) I will be forced to make a decision:

either major in STIA (at SFS at Georgetown), probably with a minor ("certificate") in International Business Diplomacy or major in Business (concentration undecided) at MSB and minor in Biology?

Assume the inter-school transferring and such isn't an issue.

Also, for long-term goals: I love the Genetics field and hope to get involved in the business side of this. Exactly where in the business side? Not sure, but possibly Marketing or International Business.

Thanks for any help you can give!

I guess basically what I’m asking: is it worth it to major in Business? I’ve heard some rumors that it’s better to major in something else for an MBA…although I’m not sure about an MBA yet (that’s way far down the line!), it’s definitely a possibility.
