I probably will use the Additional Info section to put another essay about how I like to have fun (it's not really covered anywhere except the measly 100 word essay), so I can't put the 4th in there. If MIT sees the CollegeBoard Score Report, do they look at everyone on there?

Dude, is this really that important? It doesn't matter. Standardized tests REALLY AREN'T THAT IMPORTANT. Especially for you; you went to RSI, and you'll probably get something really cool from Intel STS or something (provided that you applied there). Flip a coin. Roll an icosahedron. Use a Magic 8 Ball. They'll get all of your scores anyway. Or, if you're REALLY adamant about putting all four of them on your part II, write it in the additional info section, before your essay. I had ten AP scores and only twelve spaces, so I put the already-taken ones in the provided blanks and the pending tests in the additional info section.

Can you tell that I'm really stressed out about EA admissions? 24 microcenturies

hmm... whoops i forgot to write in the scores i was taking this year... but i suppose my transcript will fix that

i thought it was just the scores we had, so i only listed 5... but they saw my self reported courseload, and my transcript, so i suppose it's fine either way

lol RSI != MIT. Usually at least one person gets rejected (domestic). Yeah maybe I'll put it before the essay. SAT II's matter to me, I paid $15 for a book, $17 to take, and probably around 5-10 hours prepping. I am hella gonna write it down.

Yes, but it's not necessary to write it down in the blanks provided. I just wrote the excess scores before the optional essay. AP, AMC, AIME, etc. They're going to see the extra SAT II score on the report that the College Board sends them, so it really isn't necessary to list it.

Let's be conservative and assume that half of the Rickoids (is that what they're called?) decide to apply to MIT, and two of them get rejected. Even this conservative estimate yields >90% acceptance for Rickoids.

If MIT rejects me I'll have nowhere to go to college. I should have EA'ed, but yeah I'm not gonna bet the rest of my life on a <10% chance. I want it to be 0%.

He's right: RSI definitely helps for MIT admissions, but I know a few rejected souls who would testify that it isn't quite the admissions lock that people here seem to imagine.

Moreover, how annoyed would you be if all the RSI kids on the board went around all "I'm going to get into MIT and I'm not worried a bit, didn't apply anywhere else except Caltech and Harvard... it's gonna be hard choosing between one of those three! Nyah nyah."

Hell, I would be annoyed.

Everyone is entitled to their panic on this board. Deep breaths, everyone.
