Okay, so I'm not a science person at all. I'm decent enough at it, and I understand most topics, but it's just not my cup of tea. Alas, I still have to take science in high school, and now that I've exhausted the lower level courses I'm not sure what to do. I took honors bio freshman year (supposed to be a soph course), and honors chemistry and honors physics this past year as a sophmore. Now, I have only one honors course I could take, but a fairly wide range of APs to choose from. The least poison would be physics, because it's more math based and I really enjoyed my physics course this past year. I'm not sure if it will fit in my schedule though since it's only offered one period, so I need to have a backup plan. My school also has AP Chemistry, AP Environmental, and AP Biology. Chemistry was honestly the first class I've ever had to study for, re-read material, and didn't understand initially. AP Bio at my school is really difficult. And I'm not really all for "woo save the planet", tree hugging, global warming etc. So I really don't know what to do if I don't get in Physics. The only other option is an honors anatomy course, but I determined long ago I don't want to go into medicine, and blood makes me sick (they dissect cats). I don't know what to do. Help?!

AP Environmental is probably the easiest science out of your choices ;D. Personally, I loved AP Chemistry, but I love science in general.

If you don’t get into physics, I think you should take environmental :)

take whatever you find most interesting!

Take the class that you got the best grade in.

Well the problem is that out of those options, Bio is the one that is most interesting to me (besides physics), and I’m still not that interested in it very much. It’s more that I know I have to take a science class so I’m trying to pick one even though I don’t really like any of them. And haha well the best grade route doesn’t work, because I ended up with 100% , an A+ in bio, enviro, chem, and physics. So that’s not much help :P. I do seem to enjoy reading nonfiction books about diseases and stuff (Hot Zone, And the Waters Turned to Blood, The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks) and genetics fascinates me, so maybe I’ll go for Bio if physics doesn’t work out, even though it’s the harder course.
