well, my dad used to help give out the alumni scholarships for our area which I know are different from SCion scholarships and he said that they wait until they find out for sure who is going to USC before they hand them out, but since they said 2-3 weeks, its really strange.

I am a parent living far from USC. My guess is that with the down economy, USC wants to do its best to spread the scholarship money so that, if possible, the students get at least one merit scholarship from the long list of possible scholarships.

did anyone ever hear back about this scholarship? b/c i didnt.

I haven’t either! crazy

No word here either.

No word here.

No word here. Maybe other students won these scholarships.

I would have to say that they haven’t awarded them yet since every other scholarship we’ve seen either sends out a congratulations letter or a regrets letter.

Have they awarded Norman Topping and MAAA scholarships?

so no one has heard anything on scions…? no one has called?

Nada here.

No word here.

My son received a rejection email last week. No Scion :(
