Score Choice and submitting all Scores (SAT/ACT)

Ok, so according to College Board USC does not like Score Choice, which is fine and I plan on complying with (even though I would like to hide a score or two haha).

But I took the ACT twice and I did much better on the SAT, comparatively, so I don't plan on sending those scores to any college. But USC seemed like they wanted ALL scores.

But why? My ACT scores aren't abysmal, I'm not ashamed, it is just that I don't want to pay to send both the SAT and ACT reports when I know the SAT is a better reflection on me.

What should I do? I don't mind shelling out $10 to each school for my SAT reports, but to me it is a waste of money to send my ACT report as well.

Should I call or email USC?

Thanks

Ok, I called them and I guy said it is actually not a requirement that they have all ALL scores, but they recommend sending all or both if you took both, but the guy said he understands if you want to save a little money.

But he brought up a good point, I’ll probably have to do rush shipping to meet the 10/15 deadline, thats fine, but I have to check on my other schools. The only other schools that have deadlines before 11/1 for EA I already sent one of my free reports to, so I’m good there, but I should probably regular ship to my other EA schools this week.
