Score choice...should I trust it?

NYU says they participate in Score Choice, which enables you to elect which tests you want to send to NYU. "If you do take the SAT multiple times, rest assured that we will only review the highest Critical Reading, the highest Math, and the highest Writing score you submit - regardless of test dates - creating the highest possible composite score for you in our evaluation process. "
I had a sitting where I had 790 writing but 670 CR. Then in the next one, I went down to 690 writing but went up to 690 CR. I'm afraid NYU will see my writing dropped a hundred whole points, even if they claim to participate in score choice. What should I do?

Trust them. Superscoring is quite common among top schools.
