Score Choice?

So I took 3 SAT subject tests last June, single sitting. I knew that my performance on two of the three tests weren't so great (bio and lit), but was against score-cancellation because anticipated getting a great score on my third test (physics) - which later happened to be the case.

Anyways, I'm now regretting even taking the two former tests because I ended up getting a 710 and 610 on each, respectively (although I did get an 800 on physics).

So, my question is: although the Collegeboard claims to have a score-choice policy for subject tests (as in, you can send in whichever subject tests you'd like), I realize this isn't really consistent with the policies that each university in this list:

<a href="http://professionals.collegeboard.com/profdownload/sat-score-use-practices-list.pdf%5B/url%5D">http://professionals.collegeboard.com/profdownload/sat-score-use-practices-list.pdf</a></p>

names. So, are these 'Score Use Practices' only suggested or are they required? I mean, for example, Yale University requires that All Scores be sent - I can't figure out of this specifically references only the SAT I or both SAT I and the SAT II.

Furthermore, if one were to not abide by these policies, would there be any significant consequences? Has anyone (either you, or someone you know) ever reported their scores differently than was suggested by the above list?

I'd really like some advice on this because I don't really intend on sending the two rather unfavorable scores (which are the only real blemishes in my testing history).

YOUR help WOULD be MOST apPREciAted.
