Score choice

<p>How do admission officers know if you used score choice to send your SAT scores? Does the College Board tip them off with some kind of note that says something along the lines of "This applicant used score choice when sending this score report."</p>

<p>If a school requests that you send all scores…then send ALL scores. Comply with the school’s policy. Period.</p>

<p>I would avoid even the slightest hint of misrepresentation on a college app. Some institutions deal rather harshly with those who do so. And, yes, I do realize that not disclosing a standardized test score (when a school stipulates that one should) is very different from lying about one’s awards/honors/extracurricular activities.</p>

<p>Supposedly, there is no indication provided by the College Board as to whether or not score choice is used. That being said, the advice provided above is sound. If a college requires that all test scores be submitted, then you must submit all test scores… no score choice.</p>
