Score my chances for Graduate School in History

First, my scores:

Very low undergrad GPA, 2.4.

Have a Graduate degree in history from a small state school, 3.9 GPA.

GRE 153 Q 164 V, yet to receive essay scores.

Strong recs from three professors

Presented papers at three conferences

Of course, I'd love to apply to Harvard or one of the other Ivy's, but I can imagine that is way out of my reach and very possibly a waste of my time and application fee. What hope do I have of getting into higher-end graduate schools? This is of course ignoring other factors like specialty...
