Creativity is needed more than ever in the world today because without it we wouldn’t be able to progress as a society. Creativity impacts several aspects of life ranging from artistic perspectives to technological and medical advances. For that same reason it should be praised for its importance and held among one’s highest priorities.
Creativity allows a person to express themselves in several forms - visual and performing arts being the most popular today. Without creativity, these forms of self-expression would be limited in the sense that they would not differentiate as time goes on. If these forms of art come to a state of sameness, then they would lose their fame and the attention of individuals seeking them. On the other hand, the use of creativity permits people to make their arts unique and draw the attention of others to progress upon what they’ve done.
In the fields of science and medicine, scientists and doctors require creativity to make innovations in technology and disease treatment. Without creativity, they would be presented with a barrier preventing the from making further discoveries. The deprivation of new methods to ease our lives or treat illnesses leaves us vulnerable to the unexpected. So it’s essential that creativity is present in today’s world.
