I took the Feb ACT as an 8th grader and scored 34m 34s 33e 30r, how much higher can I score come junior year?

With those scores as an 8th grader, you could probably get a 35/36 in a couple of sittings.
In seventh grade, I got 1090 (CR+M) on the SATs and now I have a 1450+.

I’m sure your test scores will be fine.

You are clearly a naturally good standardized test taker. I suggest that you do not prepare for the test at all, because clearly you can get an even higher score. It would be a waste of time to prepare because you already understand the test. You will become a sharper thinker if you take some hard classes, so I think you can get a 35-36. Just don’t be one of those high scorers that retakes a 34-35 to get a 36 because it does not make a difference at that point. Anyway, congrats on your scores as they are coveted by many(including me).

Thanks, Doctor 92 :)

That is an amazing score for an 8th grader. I took it in 7th grade and got a 22 and in 9th grade and got a 28. Then this year (as a junior) I recieved a 34. I think that you can easily get a 35 or 36. Don’t worry about it though, you’ll probably do great without any studying! :)

KutlessRock,that is a TANK score!!

I can’t tell if TANK is good or bad, but I assume it’s good :P

good god, that score as an 8th grader is AMAZING! If you took it w/o studying, then you are crystal for a 35+ my friend, definitely by junior year. Keep it up!
