I’d say that the best thing to do on the reading as cliche as it sounds is to practice, practice, practice. Because it will help you with reading speed and will allow you to be more adept at answering the questions.

More practice test in reading:
-Faster reading times, because you are used to reading those types of passages ( Prose fiction, Humanities, Social Science, And Science)
-Learn how the questions are worded and how to answer such questions, because when you look over your mistakes you will be able to see how they, the test-makers, want you to answer a certain archetype of questions
- Pacing yourself, pace yourself to do each paragraph in 8 minutesish because then you have a couple extra minutes to spend elsewhere, but take longer if you need more time and less time if you understand a passage well

(I do the reading section backwards because i do better on the Social Studies/Science section which i got a 17 subscore than on the arts/literature which i did awfully -personally- and got a 13, but this is personal prefrence and you might want to try to do the passages in reverse order once to see how it works out.)
