Score Reporting Policy for 2009'rs

Ok, here's my situation.
I'm very confident that I'll get a 2100+ on the SAT I took yesterday so I added my schools onto the 4 free blanks. Today, I told my teacher that I will send my Oct scores. Bleh blah blah. Then I told him about my plan to take the Nov SAT to try and raise my pitiful CR score, but I won't take advantage of the free reporting. Instead I will wait until I get my scores back. Only if my score increased will I send it. My teacher told me that Collegeboard will wait until after my November scores to send out to send the rest of my scores.

I really think this is false.
Can anyone confirm that CB will do this?

I am not sure what you mean exactly. CB will send your October scores to colleges when they come out. CB will not send you Nov ones if you do not list a school. They will only send it when you pay to get it sent afterward. It isn't clear what your teacher said. Which scores is she talking about?

I picked four colleges as recepients for my SAT.
Collegeboard should send my March SAT, June SAT II, and October SAT.

But deep down inside, I feel that I could have done better on CR. I don't want to cancel though (800 on M for sure and 700+ on W for sure). Before I took the Oct test, I signed up for the Nov one, intending to just take it too see if I can pull out a better CR score. I told my teach about this and he said "If you take the Oct and Nov, CB will wait until your Nov scores are out then send all 4 test dates to the schools (March, June, Oct, and November.)" I was like "How are they going to send the Nov score if I didn't put a school down?"

I really didn't want to argue with him because he's one of the people that is going to be writing my recommendation o_o

She wronnng.

Yeah your teacher is wrong.

i'm doing the same type of thing with october actually. i'm sending my scores from last spring to other colleges now before my october ones come out, and if it turns out i did better on the october one then i'm going to send those too because right now i'm not feeling to good about yesterdays test..... heres what i found right off the college board site:

Your SAT® scores are sent to all of the institutions you specified during registration, and to any additional institutions you selected if you updated your Admission Ticket. You can also send your SAT scores at any time by submitting a new list—only available scores are sent, not any pending scores.

Remember: a cumulative report of all scores that are available and reportable at the time your request is received will be sent. View your list of scores that will be included in the report.

Only the score recipients listed receive available scores. Previous score recipients are not automatically sent new scores.

So if i take the SAT II's in november and i send them to 4 colleges, those 4 colleges will recieve my regular SAT scores too so i dont have to send them again?
