Alright I signed up for my last subject test retake and the ACT in December. I put the four UCs I’m applying to in the free college report list that collegeboard offers too. Do I have to rush report anything once I get my December results because it seems that UCLA, UCI, and UCSB are electronic except UCSD which is snail mail. Anything I need to know regarding taking the last test date for fall 2008 consideration?

I don't think you need to rush it. If you want to just in case, go ahead, but no one I know did that. Heck, I turned my score report in unrushed 4 weeks before and it was OK. Don't hold me to it, but I hear that sending the score report in is something they're pretty lenient about (one of my friends didn't turn it in until...February? They just asked him for it)
