Score Sending to Georgetown

This discussion was created from comments split from: Should I delete my first ACT score?.

I have a question about Georgetown. I have read many times that they require all scores. But now, it’s app time and I am looking on their website where it states: “The University requires that all scores from standardized tests be submitted directly from the testing agency; please indicate Georgetown’s code number when requesting score reports (SAT code 5244; ACT code 0668).”

I read this as meaning that any scores that are sent must come directly from the testing agency, as in no self reporting scores. It doesn’t really spell out that all scores from all tests must be sent; and surely if they are in the minority here they would spell it out?

@ts0104 They do spell it out:

@skieurope Oh, OK, that’s good. I mean, I wish they didn’t have that policy, but I’m glad that it is spelled out…although I think they should spell it out on the Undergraduate Admissions page that I was on too! Thanks.
