Now we just have to play the waiting game. Hopefully things work out for all of us.

@Wolf2400: Let’s hope so. If you decide to retake, I hope you will get your dream score.

Best of luck to everyone on this forum.

Same from me. I don’t know you guys, but god damn it, I share your pain. So, best of luck to all of us. Maybe they get their heads out of their asses and give us the scores we worked our butts off for.

@GreedisGood, hahahahahahahahaha! Oh my god… that would be… epic

Just did a practice section of writing only (Test #10 after about 7 weeks of when I last took the WHOLE test).

I got 2 wrong.
Good luck to all of us and may God help us all.

EDIT: I even recorded myself doing the test to add on some additional pressure.

[College Board President Delivers Testimony about October 2005 SAT Scoring Issues to New York State Senate Higher Education Committee](<a href=“News and Press Releases - Newsroom | College Board”>News and Press Releases - Newsroom | College Board)

It says they now run the scores in 2 times.

it also says they’re non profit. But they charge a buttload for everything.

What about me? According to CC, I got 0 grid-ins wrong and only 1 MC wrong for math yet I got a 680.

@ chronome: They had a similar problem in 2006.

@cortana431: That makes no sense. Was this the May SAT?

I legit can’t study for my upcoming finals and SAT II’s because of these results. I really want to know if I really did do this bad. Do QAS exams come when the physical report comes?

I have no idea… hopefully they come out soon :\ I want to see if anyone manages to get their score raised so I can ask for a verification as well.

Cortana, that… doesn’t sound right at all!

This entire ordeal is just nerve-racking. Hopefully we all get what we’re hoping for. Also, Wolf, good luck with your finals and subject tests! You shouldn’t let the score stop you from doing splendidly on the other tests

Well, you’ll be able to see how many questions you missed on each section in 2 days. That’ll give you a better idea of whether or not your test was properly scored.

Also, getting a 57 writing MC doesn’t mean you missed 23 MC questions. The 57 is a scaled score out of 80.

oh, really? well. that kinda knocked the wind outta me a little bit! I wonder how many i DID miss to get this score with an 8 essay

I just looked at an old thread and it said that it happened in NJ before.

^^You’ll get that information on June 1.

2300-2360 BB practice scores…
1980 actual score. 800 WR on all my practice tests, 620 WR with an 11 essay on the actual test. ***.

What was your writing MC? Was it really that hard?

It wasn’t hard (not trying to sound arrogant), I really had no problem. That is why I am confused on why my score is so low. Was the curve like 3x a 560?

Those basterds probably screwed up your score.

in january 2010 I took the SAT and had been getting 2100 practice tests, i got my scores back and saw a 1490, turns out I got some other kids score. It pays to verify

@jd989898: You just gave me a little hope. I really worked hard and put countless hours into studying. Hopefully my scores were just an accident. I broke into tears and cried for 3 hours after seeing my scores, I could only imagine how you felt.

@GreedIsGood: That is life.

Any of you guys with abnormally low writing scores have writing section as experimental?
