I am currently using the red "Real Act prep" book.I just finished practice test 1 and my scores are E30 M24 R27 S26 (composite 26.75)

I scored a 23 Composite on the april Act without any prep.Just wondering how accurate is the red book compared to the acts that are being taken today.i am taking the september and october act(last 2 chances) Do you think i can score a 28 by then?

reply peopleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

I find that the red book is extremely close to the real test, however a lot of people see some variance between their practice tests and the real thing because they’re tired (early morning), or they’re pretty anxious. You can definitely get your scores up by the next tests if you put in a little time. I think that a good place to work on would be science; I’ve found it to be the easiest to improve on.

thanks for the tip
