Damn what is up with math- I'm currently in Calc BC and I find math extremely easy, only ever taken SAT one other time and got 710 ?? always make an extremely easy error or two on the test and yet get 800s on practices. Damn that is annoying.
Oh well.
What is the Ivy League range shaping up to be?
If one looks at comparable ranges, then it would seem that the current Ivy League 'range' (1450-1600) would very roughly translate to about 2190-2400, with 2300 being the same cutoff as about 1520-40 right now (for very top level scores). Hopefully If i can not screw around on math i can get near there...

nevermind i see the other link you were referring to

Math 790
Critical Reading 660
Writing 610

:( What is this equivelent to on old SATs? I'm assuming i need a retake...

I'm one of the unlucky few whose scores aren't in yet.

"Your scores are not yet available. Please note that a small percentage of scores cannot be reported early. Please check back in 5-7 days when the next batch of scores will be available."

Why?!

790m, 600r, 680w

and that's w/ an ELEVEN essay! (63 grammar!) ***...i usually missed THREE or FOUR in the practice book...a 63 is like 70%!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Haha...I know how you are feeling. I have the same essay score but the grammar section owned me!

My scores aren't in yet either. Does this mean I won't get them today at all and I'll have to wait another week?

nah just wait a few hours..

high scorers in math -- how many did you guys get wrong? anxious

Missed 1, positive. 790.

damn it 740 M 670 V 700 W. Guess its a retake but thankfully I have my 760 M 760 V from the jan test. Does anyone know whether the scores from the old sat and new one can be combined?

760M/750CR/720W (9 Essay, 73MC) = 2230. I'm so ****ed about the essay; if I had 2 and a half more sentences in my conclusion I would've gotten at least an 11. Apparently, the old verbal section is comparable with the new CR, so my 790 verbal bumps my highest combined up to a 2270.

Critical Reading: 800
Writing: 800
Math: 790

2390 - I have no idea how i did that

March SAT scores are now available online. Keep in mind that a small percentage of scores cannot be reported early. If your scores are not available now, please check back on Monday, April 18 when the next batch of scores will be available.

THATS FRICKING ********

i checked, and in my My SAT thing, it says "Register For SAT" and under that it says like "My SAT Scores" but there isnt anything under there, no scores, no nothing!! what the hell! does this mean i have to wait another week to find out?

You guys have crazy expectations though...I must say (my score = 2090) that I'd be done with the SAT if I got a 2150 or higher...

Does anyone know if any colleges are accepting highest Old and New SAT scores?

heres a picture of my problem, or am i just doing it all wrong?

http://img204.echo.cx/img204/5407/shoot2lx.jpg

740 Writing
650 CR
670 Math 2060.....Once More.

i know you all with straight 700+'s all like dammnnnnnnnnnn i got to retake it and get all 800s.

if you guys have bad scores, i must have horrible scores:
540 v
620 m
610 w

this is my first time. i'm proud of myself. lol.

2280

800 CW
760 M
720 W

Well, I certainly wasn't expecting my math to be that high. But then again I wasn't expecting my writing to be that low (they gave me a 10/12 on the essay, and my essay was brilliant!!!). I guess I'm gonna call it a day and this will be my final SAT.

Are you sure we just wait a few hours?
