does stanford require u send all your act scores? how bout all your sat scores for class of 2011?

I want to know the answer to this question, too.

I don't know for certain, but I would strongly hypothesize that because the ACT allows you to choose which scores you send, that it's up to you. I am (95%) sure that they take your best composite, and best writing scores, but do not superscore your composite subscores, assuming you send in more than one set of scores.

They want all the scores, but it's up to you to decide what to send (especially since you're the one paying for score reports)

"they want all the scores, but it's up to you to decide what to send."
- i dont understand. if they want us to, but we don't send them all the scores, its still ok?

and are there any ppl that have applied to stanford in the past and know the answer for sure?

thanks

Every school wants to get all the info they can about you, so they can make a more informed decision. There is no way for a school to get any info on the scores you don't send (unless your school puts them on your transcript). So just send whatever you want them to see.

Having several scores should not hurt your chances in any way, but there is absolutely no reason for you to pay to send in the lower scores.

Just send your best scores.

ok great thank guys!

so there is no way for them to make me send ALL my scores on the ACT and SAT (class of 2011) !!!! :)
