Thank you very much, samonite.

Does the SATII test cover anything before the arrival of the Europeans for the U.S. History test? Also, do they just focus on the laws and trials?

As I recall, there are normally two ro three questions about North America before Europeans. As far as laws and trails are concerned, there are normally a few questions on supreme court rulings, and plenty of general questions on laws that were passed. In general, (or at least for me) the most importat area to study is the big space between 1865-1910. They seemed to take a lot of questions from that time period.

Thank you again, samonite16. Now I feel a little more prepared for what's to come.

it dismays me to have a history teacher in her 1st year teaching AP US History and telling us before the AP Exam to not worry about knowing periods after 1970...

after taking the AP Exam...I was furious because there were several questions dealing w/ events after 1970...urg~~ ended up getting a 4...

Well it's usually not about the 70s and u can get a five without the 70s if u know the history prior to it well because the last really important thing is Vietnam and civil rights movement in USH.

If I used Barron's, Kaplan, or Sparknotes throughout the year (plus AMSCO and PR for the AP), would I be okay? Where can I find the most accurate practice tests?
