Are we allowed to use scratch paper during PSAT/SAT testing?

Nope. The test booklet should provide enough space for scratch work.

I second that . . . it should be enough room.

And, don't try "not" to show your work and impress your friends sitting around you. Many do this and try to do math in their heads... It's made the difference in 100+ points at times. The most simple problems can be marked incorrect because of a silly error.

Hehe, I write ALL over my test books. I mark all my answers blatantly. The only problem is then I'm afraid other people may cheat off my answers.

Like in American Studies last year, for multiple choice questions, I would put a check next to the letter and then write the letter really big next to the question number so it'll be easier to transfer answers to the Scantron later on, but people around me could see my answers. I'm pretty sure I caught someone cheating off my sheet once D:.

Ahh, ok so we can write on the test booklet. Thanks guys.
