Screwed up my applications

I applied to Cornell, UChicago, and Michigan on Nov 1, but I forgot to send my community college transcript. Now that ten days have passed, would it be too late to send my transcript?
The courses on the transcript are General Chemistry II, Organic Chemistry I, and Calculus II, but I already included those on my common app.
I also forgot to self report my AP scores on my common app. I have two 5's and two 4's. Should I send official score reports to those colleges?

Thanks,

I also made a mistake on my michigan essay where I said “last tuesday”, referencing the antares rocket disaster that happened the week I wrote the essay. Should I revoke my application to michigan from EA to RD considering these mistakes? Or would it be too late?

^^ Unnecessary. Colleges will know that you wrote your essay at a different time. It’s OK.

OP: Just email colleges and tell them about it and send your transcripts in.

You don’t think it’s too late? What about my AP scores?

AP scores are usually sent in the spring, not to be worried about right now.

I mean I forgot to self report them on my common app. Knowing that I can’t resubmit my common app, should I send official collegeboard AP score reports to my colleges now?

No, it doesn’t really matter that you did not self-report them. Sending them now would be a waste of money because you will just have to resend them to the college you choose in the spring. But yeah, send the college an email about the transcripts and then just send the transcripts.
