Screwed Up Sophomore Year...Help?

So I was wondering what my chances are of getting into a good college since I kind of screwed up my sophomore year in high school.

These are the classes I took:

American Literature: A-
AP US History: B
Honors Pre Calc: B+
AP Chemistry: B+
Latin 3: A-
AP Computer Science: B-

My grades were average, but when it came to the actual AP exams I blew it.
I got a 1 on both APCS and APCHEM and a 2 on APUSH. I'm so disappointed and I know junior year is either going to make or break me.

My classes for junior year are:

Honors Brit Lit:
AP Psych:
AP Calc AB:
AP Bio:
Latin 4:
AP Micro:

So if I can get all A's and 4s or 5s on my APs this year will that make up for me screwing up my sophomore year?

Im also a tennis player (jv - top three doubles) and I fence (varsity). I'm on the newspaper (editor of news section), my schools online newspaper (editor in chief), robotics, tech team, and model un.

I taught myself how to code in html this summer online with codeacademy and I'm planning on learning java next.

And just so you know these were my freshman year classes:

Lit: B+
CWC: A
Honors Alg 2/Trig: B
Honors Physics: B+
Latin 2: B+
Basic Programming: A
Adv. Programming: A-
Seminar: A

Based on all the information here, do you think I still have a decent chance of getting into a good college?

I’m not totally sure about this, and someone else please correct me if I’m wrong, but you don’t even have to send colleges your scores on the AP exams, so they don’t care at all what you got, what they care about is your grade in the class. AP exams are just used for obtaining college credit, they are not a factor of whether you get in or not.

@bwild999 don’t my AP scores show up on my school transcript? And if so wouldn’t colleges be disappointed to see that I took the classes but when it came to the actual test I wasn’t prepared. I’ve never really tested well when it has to do with cumulative stuff, and I know that’s bad but I think that’s one of the main reasons I did poorly on my exams. I’m just worried they’re going to think that I signed up for too much and I couldn’t handle it.

bwild999 is right. I’m sure some colleges somewhere care a little about AP scores, but most really don’t; they care about your grade in the class. For example, the UCs don’t even ask for AP scores until after admission.
