I’m 99% sure it will be today because the story that @Annaroseca was referring to (I think) says “Happy Regular Decision Release Day”!!!

I got waitlisted 
I totally thought I was going to be rejected but it still feels bad.
Oh I got in but it’s so expensive not sure if I’m gonna go…
I got in with presidential! I still think its going to be too expensive though

My dad didn’t apply for it back then but now with covid our income has drastically decreased for 2021 as the uni has been cut funds, have no idea about what to do might ask the FA… sigh…
