Also, question about teacher recs: Can't decide between two teachers. Should I just send both?

Your chances are quite good for ED. Congrats on a very impressive resume.

Hey rabbit23, I think your chances are very strong. 10 APs is very impressive as is the 5 on the computer science exam.

However I'm confused about why you think you'd get around 600 on your physics SAT II. Your other scores are very high, so I think you'll do better than that on the physics. However if you really have reason to think that, I would advise taking another science perhaps. Given how competitive CS is, it's good to have 700+ on all your math/science tests (SAT I and SAT II) and a score of around 600 on the SAT Physics might raise some red flags to the admission comittee.

thank you :)

i've never taken any AP science, so any of the SAT IIs in that area are going to be tough. i'm trying to study for the physics test using barron's, but i'm little bit pessimistic..

work hard on physics sat II and application and you'll probably get in. im a fresh CS major and i know a girl who got in RD and her stats are like yours

Your stats are very good (I'm sure people have gotten into with worse stats than you have), but as competitive as SCS is a score of 600 on the physics might raise some red flags. You'd still a decent chance of getting in, but why not avoid making things interesting by getting over 700 on the physics! Good luck!

And yes, I would definitely recommed sending in both of teacher recommendations. Ideally you want your teacher recommendation to support your essays and why you are unique.
