I know it’s early to assume I got into any of these programs, but I don’t know which one I would pick if I had to decide between both of them. The first one appears to be very focused on application and college aid with classes in writing and calculus. The second program is a study abroad program by the Department of State that focuses on language learning. While I feel like NSLI-Y would be more fun, I am also scared that not pick SCS is shooting myself im the foot. What do you guys think. Any experience with either?
I am in a similar situation, between SCS Noonan and other summer programs. If push comes to shove for me, I’m choosing Noonan, since I am in the need for more college prep. @Rosaamp22 It’s not a scam, but I think they were unprepared to go national. I was rejected too, but I thankfully had backup plans for the summer. I plan on senior year to apply to NSLI-Y, but hopefully you get in!
