<p>For SCS, the CMU website states that these courses are required:</p>
<p>1 year Physics
2 years of Chemistry, Biology or Computer Science</p>
<p>Are they strict on this?</p>
<p>For CIT, it was very strict, unless a passable AP score (5).</p>
<p>DS scored multiple 4’s and found the required courses tough enough. He did get A’s in the required courses. If you find the courses easy, skip classes and take the final. For math placement, AP scores don’t count, only the CMU’s math placement counts. </p>

There will be plenty of EC things to do if you can do the work easily.</p>
