<p>My daughter was accepted today. She applied October 8th or so. Her weighted GPA was 3.95 and unweighted about 3.5. We are from Northern CA. She hasn’t taken tons of AP classes-one each her sophomore and junior year and three this year. She’s had about 5 honors clases as well. Her ACT was 30. She attends a pretty competitive Catholic HS, so has always carried a 7 class academic load. Her major is very impacted-speech pathology.</p>
<p>I got accepted a couple of days ago! I am out of state, 3.4 GPA (my school doesn’t weigh GPAs) and a 21 ACT score

<p>My daughter got accepted yesterday via email. She applied October 14th. Weighted GPA is 4.03, unweighted is 3.87. Major is preNursing. SAT is 2050. Like Kangamom, she took one AP course and three honors courses last year as a Junior. This year she has 3 AP courses. We are in-state (Bay Area). Hang in there! GO AZTECS!</p>

<p>Side Notes: 25 year old army veteran, currently living in Orange County. Applied to many schools around October 30. The more I read about it, SDSU is increasingly sounding like the school to go to. I am really looking forward to hearing their decision.</p>

<p>To those that received early notification of admission, did your letter or email indicate the major in which you applied for? My son applied for electrical engineering, letter states liberal studies as a pre major. The web portal states his major is EE.</p>
<p>I received an email or a letter telling me to disregard the major listed in my acceptance letter. It said that the major on the Webportal is your correct major.</p>
