Is anybody else having trouble paying the 400 dollars for admission (intent) for San Diego State University. Not in terms of being able to afford it but the website says unable to complete payment. There is nothing wrong with payment cards.

Well…once time, we tried to use a master card that was perfectly good at another college…but they didn’t accept ANY master card. It was Visa, Amex only.
So check to see that the college takes the kind of card you are trying to use. Also, if you are using a debit card as a credit card…some won’t take that either.
SDSU just switched over to a new payment system. Perhaps there are still some glitches to work out.

Whenever I get payment glitches like this I try a different browser. I love Firefox, but I find that sometimes its many privacy protection features cause things to not go through, and if I switch to Chrome or Safari things work.

Pop-up blockers have also been causing problems on the sdsu payment site.

Make sure you are using Chrome and not Safari. Make sure Pop up’s are aloud.
I’m pretty sure I remember those are the glitches…
Seems system glitches are not worked out yet.
