SDSU, can I get in?

I'm a senior this year and will be graduating this upcoming spring. I'll be applying to colleges in about a month. My top school is SDSU, it has everything I want in a college. I was wondering if you could tell me my chances of getting in?

I have a 3.95 GPA 10th-11th (I know California schools don't count freshman or senior year in your GPA.)
I got a 1600 on the SATs. (Reading, Math, and Writing)
I have taken 3 years of honors English.
I was on honor roll all sophomore and junior year.
Unfortunately, I have changed schools a lot so I don't have any extracurricular activities or volunteer work. (Except for helping at a church festival the past 4 years)
I am hispanic and plan on majoring in business or communications.

Please let me know! I really want to get into this school and I just want to know if I have a chance of being admitted.

My daughter, mex-american, got into SDSU but chose to attend Davis. The average gpa was 3.69 and 62,000 applications were received and 7800 were admitted.

DD had a higher gpa than yours and a higher SAT. You need to retake the SAT.

Additionally, do you have any EC’s? You didn’t list any. Need some EC’s

I’m not trying to compete with your daughter, I didn’t ask about her. I just want to know my chances. And I stated above that I have changed high school’s many times (4 times to be exact) so I haven’t really been able to join any clubs. Also, when I compared my SAT scores to the average SDSU scores on college board, mine were in the same range. Thank you for your advice though.
