<p>My high school GPA is about a 3.1-3.3. My current SAT score is 1750 without studying but I'm pretty confident I can raise that into the 1800s. I am a CT resident but my mom moved to CA a year ago so I believe I could apply for state citizenship the second year. How are my chances of getting into SDSU looking?</p>
