<p>@FlyGuy60108, this is happening to me as well. As a precautionary measure, my mom made me send my SAT scores to CSUmentor and SDSU. Getting a little worried now seeing all these acceptances! I’m thinking about contacting admissions within the next few weeks if nothing happens.</p>

<p>Congratulations to everyone who got admitted into SDSU! As for me, I have a GPA of 3.23. I know it’s not very competitive when you have students applying with GPA’s of 3.8 and higher but I thought it’s still worth a shot. I really want to get into SDSU because of their beautiful campus, weather, education, and more.</p>
<p>I wanted to mail the school my letter of recommendation because my GPA doesn’t reflect my hard work, determination, and motivation. I took 32 units during Spring 2012 while maintaining a 3.1 GPA, I’m a published author, I’ve always been committed to community service, and have always taken initiative in everything I’ve done. I spoke to my counselor and she said that it wouldn’t be a good idea mail my letter of recommendation to admissions office because it’s not something they requested and they might get the impression of me being unable to follow directions. Time will tell…</p>

<p>Yes do NOT send in a letter of rec. It reflects negatively on you and they won’t even read it. Wait until you receive and decision and if you are rejected you can appeal it by stating all of the information you just stated here. Good luck!</p>
