Where can you find the EI threshold for SDSU Computer Science & Software Engineering?

SDSU does not publish their EI threshold. Based on past decision threads, for the competitive majors you want to aim for a 4100+/1000+. For nursing, I have seen it as high as 4500. SJSU is the only Cal State that publishes their EI for all majors and CSULB will state on their website that for STEM majors, a minimum 3900+ is required.
