SDSU FALL 2019 Transfers

My son was admitted today as a cello performance major today.

Prereqs: Complete by Spring
Local: Yes
Status: Accepted

2 gap years as well.

Heads up to any fellow any ADT’s. I spoke to a transfer counselor at SWCCD about the acceptance process for those transferring with an ADT and was told that acceptance letters are usually confirmed in mid March typically on the 15th or the day before. Those who are currently getting accepted are those who applied without an ADT.

@KidCali Did they tell you when SDSU starts verifying ADTs?

Hi! Does anyone have any ideas on where to live in the fall? I’ve tried looking at off-campus apartments but haven’t had much luck. They’re either super expensive or have horrible reviews.

At what point should I be concerned that my admission status is still pending? I am not an ADT just an AA

It is still fairly early in march so I dont think you should be worrying yet. Mine is also still pending and I am also and AA.

Mine is still pending and I have AA too.

Mine is pending with an AA-T also but I’m definitely getting a little antsy.

Ya I am too, I’ve been checking like every hour hahaha

I’ve also been checking almost every hour. Off campus housing is already filling up quick which is stressful

Anyone know when the next round of decisions is supposed to be released?

Same question. Are we really going to have to wait till March 15th when people were getting decisions on the 20th of February?

I’m still pending too. This sucks.

Just found out that ADT applicants will find out their admission decisions after March 15th. For those who are wondering.

Where did you find that out @IsntThatSpatial

One of the local community colleges here in SD posted the info on their social media. @connormcmahon3

What are my chances looking like? A lot of people on here seem to be dedicated students so I hope we get in!!

I just saw someone (non-local) on another thread with an AA-T/AA-S that was denied from SDSU. Could they be sending out more decisions soon?

OKAAAY! So I just called and they told me that everyone with an ADT should talk to their counselors and make sure they are in the e-verify list for the ADT because on March 15 they are downloading that list and verifying everyone. So till then our portals will continue to have a red X
