SDSU Transfer Decisions Thread 2016

It should really be something you discuss with a counselor about. I’ majoring in Geology, but I have an emphasis. I’m non-local. My counselor told me that if I got an AD-T then it wouldn’t help me out since it was just for a Geol transfer and not the emphasis. I was also told that an AD-T most likely wont help people trying to transfer who are non-local.

Has anyone gotten waitlisted?

Do our transcripts have to be postmarked by May 1st or does admissions have to receive and process them by that date?

I’m asking because my official transcripts are still showing up as required on my Web portal, and I sent them out on 4/6…

Just a lil concerned about it lol

@RatedR95
I called them and asked them about this actually. They said that they receive about 100+ transcripts everyday so it takes time for them to go through them. You should be fine if you sent it out that long ago. Mine just got processed a couple of days ago and I sent it out about the same time as you.

Update: accepted to csuf, accepted to csulb

Those who were wait listed should be hearing back. I got accepted on Friday from the wait list
