I have lurked this thread since I applied to sdsu on october 1st
I thought that I was forsure going to get denied but checked today and have been accepted.
Sdsu is my first choice so I am naturally very excited
Stats cuz I know I will be asked:
Business Admin: Financial Services, Emphasis :Entrepreneurship
Ast: Yes, will be awarded at end of semester
Gpa: 3.45 before ast bump
all prereqs done or in progress
total 92 semester units at end of spring 2017
out of area: Bay Area

I’m kinda upset just because from previous forums the acceptances tend to be sent out all at once then the next day the denials…oh well
No I wouldn’t be upset or excited until you get a decision just be hopeful I heard they don’t release all at once because as people accept or decline they will see how many spots they actually have to add more people as they go till the deadline to commit
Admitted yesterday! I feel like I got so lucky with my low GPA, not all my units are local, missing a class, and not having ADT for my major. Have faith everyone! It’s not too late to lose hope.Transfer students are the ultimate underdogs! I know we’ve all worked so hard and made it so far to be where we are today.

Hello everybody I’ve been following this thread for a while and decided to make an account. I’m getting a little nervous how i’m still pending. Does anyone have any idea if decisions will be sent over this spring break?

KINESIOLOGY - ADMITTED (last night)

ADT: yes
LOCAL: Yes, however I took some classes in the 90’s which were out of the local admission area.
GOLDEN FOUR: yes
MAJOR PREP: completed
I applied last year but got denied despite having a 95 unit, 4.0 run of all articulated units and some honors science courses. Additionally, filed TWO rock-solid appeals but no dice.
Very thankful and wont take opportunity for granted.
On another case, a friend of mine received his acceptance status last night.

I know what its like to get denied, especially being a nontraditional student where I don’t have all the time in the world. If this happens to you, keep trying and you may find yourself in a good position.
@SKYWALKER182 when you were denied were you the last to hear? I just think they sent out all the acceptances yesterday and the rest are denials. What was your previous experience like?
