I got accepted into both for Nursing and I like both of them since they’re both direct-entry for freshman and I actually liked both campuses. But what would you say is best in your opinion and why?
I got into both and chose SDSU. I love San Diego and CSUF is more of a commuter school.

Have you visited both schools? Definitely visit before deciding and try to meet/talk with students in the program.
SDSU enrolls ~120 students each year while CSUF enrolls ~34. Program size makes all the difference
