what are my chances to get accepted by SDSU as a international transfer student with a college average of 11,1 ( GPA unknow, differents points of view about it, and a TOEFL IBT : 77 ( unfortunately 3 points ! )

SAT/ACT scores? Intended major? And I assume you are a Full pay applicant.

I don’t Have SAT/ACT scores as i am an international transfer. Intended major : Business Administration or Business Economics. thanks

Well, on the SDSU website for International transfer applicants, it states you must have a TOEFL IBT of 80 or higher. Since you do not meet this requirement, I am assuming you have no chance for an acceptance. The only other way to meet the English Proficiency requirement is IELTS. Any chance you have a passing score on the IELTS?
