I know what the suite floorplans look like. I’m more interested in the layout of the building as a whole. Does each floor have laundry facilities and a tv room? If not, what floors are those located on? I assume the buildings have elevators as well as stairs?

What floor would be best to live on in your opinion. Also are some suites better than others, corners versus middle etc etc?

If you know anything about the internal layout of South I’d appreciate that info also, as well as any floor/room recommendations you might have. Thanks!!

In Ridgecrest West (and East IIRC), kitchens and laundry are on the 2nd and 3rd floors. TV’s are located on all floors, with the ping pong table on the 3rd floor and billiards (pool) table on the 2nd. Each floor has multiple “lounges” for studying or hanging out. The elevator is by the main staircase in the center of the building and there are two staircases on the sides of the building. Rooms are numbered starting from the west end of the building, with odd-numbered facing Ridgecrest South and the even-numbered rooms facing the sand volleyball court, a greenbelt, or the lake.

As for specific suites and floors, it is up to personal preference. The building is not designed in a way so that only certain suites would be corner suites. Each “C” space is a corner, though like the others, it only has one window. Each bedroom in a suite is slightly different in dimensions, but are roughly the same square footage.

I’m not too familiar with the layout of Ridgecrest South at the moment, so I will leave the detailed description of it for someone else.

Feel free to PM me if you have a question about a specific room’s location. Roll Tide!
