Sealed Envelope for REc and Transcript? Urgent help needed!

<p>Is it necessary to have the transcripts and recommendation sent in a sealed envelope? My counselor faxed all of my documents except for the SAT report today so it was obviously not in a sealed envelope. I believe they signed everything for authenticity though (transcript AND recommendation). Will that suffice? Thank you for your help!</p>

<p>I would call them I were you. Did you use the cover sheet that USC put in your application folder with your specific information?</p>
