<p>I think there are more 'elite' schools than UofC's list. Granted, it is heavily slanted away from LACs, but even within them don't see why they wouldn't accept applications from Bowdoin, Colgate, Middlebury, W&L, Wesleyan before Clarmont McKenna and Barnard.</p>
<p>i agree gellino- barnard DEFINITELY doesnt deserve to be on there over schools such as tufts, emory, wesleyan, middlebury, bowdoin, etc. etc. etc.
(and i dont know enough about Claremont Mckenna to give an informed opinion)</p>
