Searching Colleges for Economics/Business

I would very much like to pursue a career in Business/Finances and Economics area. That being said I'd like some advices on good college choices for me. I'm an international student who will need financial aid to attend to mostly any school in the U.S.
As I said, my main area of interest is Business and Economics, and I'd like a college that is located in a big business centre, like NYC, so that it'd be easier for me to be in touch with business and have more opportunities to actually pursue such career. Nedless to say, I want a good college, with some recognition and that could take me places. Considering all of that, what would be good college choices for me? Thank you in advance.

What are your stats?

Well i havent taken any tests yet because I’m still a junior and SAT and ACT arent common in my country. As for GPA, as an international student my school would be sendind transcripts.

bummer, replies pleaseee

economics is usually found in a college of arts & sciences or liberal arts. Business is usu. found in a college of business within a uni.

relatively few schools will offer internationals any aid. many of them are to be found at these websites:

so why don’t you go to these websites. make a list out of the schools they name and run the net price calculators at each school. then compare your stats with their average accepted student GPA, admissions rates, and middle 50. some schools offer merit aid to internationals, too.
