alright! I will definitely aim for a scholarship at these universities.Money may not be the biggest problem but at the end of the day I need to put a lot of thought into it as well.
Just one question? If I aim for a scholarship and I apply for one,can they reject the scholarship offer but still take me in as a freshman without a scholarship or will they refuse my application completely ?
Also the universities don’t have to be in California.As long as the education is decent and its reputed with a fair price.I’ll be alright.

There are many universities on the east coast you should consider. With its great cities and public transportation, the eastern seaboard is a good place for an international student. Lots to see, and ways to get there. If you study in NY, for example, you can take buses and trains to Boston, and Washington DC. A car is much more of a necessity in the west.
