Searching For Colleges!!

Hi I started a thread like this earlier but it didn't go far so I'm reposting...

I was wondering if anyone could provide ideas for some good match schools and some reaches considering my stats:

GPA: 3.6 unweighted/4.2 Weighted
SAT: 2000
Math- 670
Reading- 620
Writing- 710

Extracurriculars (in a nutshell): Award Winning Jazz Pianist in State Jazz Bands as well as traveling to international jazz conferences, Professional Acting, Teaching Confirmation at Church, Mission Trips, Youth Group, NHS, Community Service...

I want to stay on the West Coast or maybe in the Northeast. I am looking for schools with undergrad enrollment of around medium size; 4000 or larger preferably. Public vs. Private isn't too much of an issue for me, and neither is cost.

Also note that I want to be a business major, and possibly minor in music/jazz studies.

Any response is greatly appreciated. I know its tough to see what would be best as this is a rough overview of my resume, but I'm open to suggestions. Thanks!

Willamette University, OR
Lewis and Clark College, OR
U of San Diego
U of Washington
Rice University, TX

West Coast:
Claremont McKenna College, CA
UC Berkeley (Haas), CA
Pomona, CA

University of Puget Sound

Not on the west coast or northeast, but you might take a look at Oklahoma City University ( Oklahoma City University) which has both business and music schools and has about 4000 undergrads and grads.

I hate to say it, but I don't think Rice would work. My own d has higher stats, and hasn't a prayer herself.

Still, apply if you want. I could be mistaken, just doesn't seem likely from the stats given of their admitted students on their website.

I'd say the same about Pomona--perhaps try one of other consortium schools. Whitman in WA is also in the sort of grouping that is being mentioned. But both of those are way smaller than you have mentioned.

What about Pacific Lutheran University? Don't know it well but it could be a sure admit, may match your interests, great part of the country, reasonably large, U Puget Sound is also in Tacoma so it is a student town. They may have more aid for someone like you,if that is a factor. Lutherans are generally big on music, and good at it!

Thanks for all the suggestions guys! They really help out.

Look at Redlands.
